When do I get paid?
You get paid within 7 days of the referred practice becoming a paying subscriber (after their free trial ends and they enter a paid subscription).
How do I receive payment?
PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or physical check — your choice. We'll ask for your preference when the referral converts.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No cap. Refer 1 practice or 100. You earn $150 for each one that becomes a paying subscriber.
Do I need to be a current customer to refer?
No. Anyone can submit referrals — dental consultants, office managers, dental supply reps, hygienists, other practice owners, friends, family. If you know a dental practice, you can refer them.
What if the practice I refer is already in your system?
First referrer wins. If someone else already referred that practice, we'll let you know and you can submit a different one.
